The role requires excellent verbal and written English, with frequent interaction with international colleagues and clients. Fluency in French is essential. The Assistant will work closely with the COO and coordinate with stakeholders between stakeholders. Duties as an Assistant:* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.* Handle communication in a professional and timely manner.* Assist in drafting and updating content for internal communication.* Support project execution and ensure deadlines are met.* Coordinate effectively between stakeholders and the COO to ensure smooth communication and workflow.* Assist with accounting tasks.* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive information.* Provide general administrative support and other duties as assigned.Requirements and Qualifications:* Graduate with 1+ year of experience in an administrative, assistant, coordination, or accounting support role.* Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).* Knowledge of the French language will be an added bonus.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and Google Suites.* Knowledge in Accounting. * Culturally adaptable and capable of working with international colleagues and clients.* Capable of handling confidential information responsibly.Key Skills:Organizational skills, communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite, basic accounting skills, maintaining confidentiality, and ability to coordinate between stakeholders and the COO.
