Key Responsibilities Site Access Management Coordinate and confirm readiness of the installation environment before construction begins. Site Arrival & Logistics Manage on-site organization and coordination. Inspect and verify delivery of goods to ensure completeness and timeliness. Construction Progress & Process Management Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, schedules, and project requirements. Quality Control & Assurance Monitor and inspect quality of civil works, towers, equipment rooms, supporting infrastructure, and installation of main equipment. On-Site Acceptance Organize and coordinate acceptance activities with the client and construction units. Ensure proper documentation and sign-off of completed works. Documentation & Handover Review and organize completion and acceptance documents prepared by contractors. Submit finalized documentation to the project team administrator. Process Optimization & Team Training Enhance construction processes and procedures. Train and guide construction teams to follow standardized site practices. Assist the Project Manager in managing on-site affairs. Cross-Discipline Coordination Coordinate across different trades, engineers, and partner resources to ensure seamless product delivery at site level. Technical Debugging Support Provide technical support during installation and assist the project team with on-site debugging activities. Professional Knowledge Strong understanding of telecommunications industry principles. Familiarity with integrated delivery models, including contracts, subcontracting, procurement, and business processes. Ability to perform high-altitude work and effectively manage site EHS (Environment, Health & Safety). Competence in supervising construction activities and ensuring compliance. Business Skills Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn. Strong leadership with excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational coordination abilities. Results-oriented, with the ability to drive progress and motivate teams. Prior experience in team or project management is highly desirable.
