You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing in alignment with internal policies and accounting standards.Key Responsibilities:Process vendor invoices (local and international), ensuring correct coding and required approvalsSchedule and process payments via checks or wire transfersManage supplier advances and monitor settlementsHandle bank domiciliation procedures and oversee import-related transactionsMonitor bank accounts, flag overdue and past-due items, and coordinate initial clarifications with customers or vendorsPrepare cash flow planning reports and projectionsSupport financial accounting management with data analysis and reportingRecord a variety of business transactions in accordance with the chart of accounts and applicable accounting standardsReconcile accounts using internal tools and systemsAssist with month-end closing activities, including accrual preparation and account reconciliationsAct as a first point of contact for accounting-related queriesRequired Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field4–7 years of relevant accounting experienceSolid understanding of accounting principles; IFRS knowledge is an advantageProficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is a plusHigh attention to detail and accuracy in data handlingStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesEffective communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesFluency in English is requiredWho we are: We are a team of more than 73,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
