Project Coordinator
- 3+ years in project coordination or administration within oil & gas or energy, OEM or EPC companies.- Experience in working with Sonatrach departments and SH subsidiaries- Experience working with multi-disciplinary multi-cultural teams (e.g. engineering, procurement, field ops)- Fluent in English & French (spoken and written)- Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)- Validate and approve logistics documents (Invoices , Packing Lists , AWB/BOL...)- Acting as a liaison between team members, stakeholders, and departments to ensure everyone is on the same page.- Tracking project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to make sure everything moves forward efficiently.- Identifying bottlenecks, risks, or issues early and helping come up with actionable solutions.- Ensuring work aligns with project standards and expectations.- Attend Customer meetings- handling logistics like preparing presentations, booking meeting rooms, and organizing documents- Prepare and maintaining accurate records, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and budget updates.- Assisting in developing project timelines and managing calendars for meetings, deadlines, and deliverables.- Collect and organize information from project stakeholders and prepare monthly reports- Attend the project reviews and weekly management review- Issuing Invoices and following cash collection prosses- Supporting the activities relevant to work permits and habilitation files- Organize with the support of the Service Manager/Installation Manager site access, accommodation, and other logistics for field teams.- Coordinate with field engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to align with deadlines.- Support local procurement processes for equipment, materials, and services- Willingness to travel to remote field sites if needed- Prepare status reports and presentations for stakeholders and team.
