We are committed to innovation, compliance, and excellence in patient care.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Engineering to lead our engineering department, focusing on solid dose and sterile manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical engineering, with proven expertise in managing engineering teams, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities: Lead, develop, and manage the engineering team to support solid dose and sterile manufacturing operations. Oversee the design, installation, qualification, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facilities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, quality, and compliance. Collaborate with , Quality, Production, HSE, and Regulatory teams to ensure engineering solutions meet project and regulatory requirements. Develop and manage budgets, capital projects, and resource planning for engineering activities. Ensure all engineering activities comply with GMP, FDA, EMA, and other relevant regulatory standards. Lead risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for manufacturing processes and equipment. Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and best practices in pharmaceutical engineering.Qualifications: University degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Pharmaceutical Engineering or related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with significant experience in solid dose and sterile production. Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams in a regulated environment. Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, EMA regulations, and quality standards. Experience with equipment calibration, validation, and maintenance programs. Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with automation and digitalization in manufacturing. Prior experience in managing capital projects and facility upgrades.
